This time I was well taken care of. Often I have not been happy, but this time I was helped to my satisfaction, and the only thing remains is that I have no time to set up the new printer. Once I do, and I understand it, and it does what I ask, then I will be happy.

My last two visits to the Staples store in Rockland, ME revealed that they are no longer staffing their cash registers, and instead they are directing all customers to check-out at the Printing Desk. Unfortunately, this has resulted in long lines and extended waits as the staff in that section are also managing printing orders and calls. Indeed, today I grew tired of waiting and ultimately left the items that I'd wanted to purchase and instead went to Walmart. In short, the customer service is now very inefficient and basically inadequate - good business decision Staples Senior Management Team!

Staples has made returning Amazon packages real easy now. They have fixed all the issues with UPS packages being returned. It is real simple now

I was in need of a stamp made for my photo business. I was referred to Staples for their advice. Was introduced to Robert, employee in the Print dept. Explained to him what I was looking for. Best customer service experience I have had in a long while. He listened, explained the process, told me no problem. I asked how long would it take, said approx 2hrs, I was shocked. Left the store to run my errands. Within approx 25 minutes I received a call from Robert telling me my stamp was complete and ready for pickup. I went back , Robert showed me his handy work. Needless to say I was thrilled. Robert, Thank you!

Staples has been 100% polite and helpful to me, as I search for items that can help me sell my cashmere from my goats (Did you know that cashmere comes from goats???!). Part of what makes Staples so highly regarded by me is that you have stores all over the country that I can access when needed. THANK YOU!
