The pharmacist is rude with a huge sense of entitlement that her time is sacrosanct and holy. I walked in to get a Covid booster and she could not be bothered. She then had the audacity to tell me that I can walk-in anytime but given no one was in line, why would I bother coming back since she already turned me down? This type of service is pretty much all one gets nowadays: incompetent, self-righteous, can't be bothered. Makes you wonder why these people even advertise to perform a service juxtaposed having no intention whatsoever to accommodate people.

I love the shaws pharmacy there all so nice and there always right on top of my perceptions. There very caring. I'm glad I switched to them almost 2 years ago.

The pharmacy doesn't answer their phone and the calls go to a full voicemail box where you cannot leave a message. Now I have to drive 20 miles there to find out why their system lost my 2 prescriptions after I got their automated calls saying my prescriptions were ready. I would not recommend unless you live very close by and can stop by in person multiple times.

Every time I’ve been in there (learning the store - new to the area) everyone’s been so helpful in finding the products I need, always enough lines open to make checkout fairly quick! A good experience all around.

I have noticed your carts are becoming quite difficult to opperate..wheels that are bent and won't turn.. pretty hard to have one way aisles and not be able to turn your cart right or left..was in Target the other day..I suggest you check out those carts..they make your look prehistoric..yesterday at your store I had to change carts twice..that isn't good for my Shawsy experience

My wife and I were visiting the area and wanted to find a sweet snack. Not knowing area I drove by a Shaws and decided to stop and see what they had in their bakery. I hit the jack pot and found a chocolate mud pie that was delicious and priced right at $2.99. I would have taken a photo and added It, however once my wife saw chocolate, you see she is a choco-holic, she devoured it! Nice job Shaws!

I have been in and around the balloon market for over two decades. Recently while searching to upgrade our family balloon, I stopped into a Shaw's supermarket. Our current balloon at the time was just out date. After trying a few balloons out we settled on a balloon that whole family agreed on. Upon purchase the balloon was filled abundantly with helium. It was also decorated with very high quality decals that were season appropriate at the time of purchase. The leaf decals were multiple colors with high definition in the veins on the leaves. Fifty two days later the balloon has maintained a decent vibe in our living room despite being out of season with decor the balloon possesses. It has outlasted any balloon the family has ever owned and to this day holds an admirable amount of helium still. My boyfriend and myself are extremely satisfied with this purchase. We would return to buy again when we are financially stable to get into a more modern balloon for the family. At a very reasonable price of free for the taking, the rice to quality ratio is outstanding. We would highly recommend Shaw's supermarket to friends and family, when they are looking to get into a new balloon for the house!!! So for all those who are patiently awaiting an update of my beloved balloon. I'm proud to say it's been over 3 months and it may be a bit deflated but it's still floating. Not sure what they put in their helium but it's obviously well worth it!

The Rockland Shaw's used to be a great store but not anymore. Most sale items are out of stock with 24 hrs. The store floors are really dirty and public restrooms are some of the worst we have ever seen. Mold on the sinks and walls, feces on the walls and the doors to the restrooms are so dirty they are turning black. Even after complaining multiple times to managers there has been no change. The sale items are not always entered in the register and so we have seen multiple customers have to take up pricing issues with the service desk.

Extremely helpful to me. Being out of state and needing a difficult prescription filled they were able to fill out and did so. Very friendly. Highly recommend Shaw's pharmacy

Had problem with pharmacy answering their phone but multiple tries finally got me through. Continued use of their service shows them to be above and beyond in customer service. Beats Hannaford hands down.
