Great gym with a good mix of machines and free weights. There’s a great view of the harbor and the staff work hard at keeping it clean. There’s qualified trainer services there to help you along your fitness journey. Really enjoy working out here

I love that I can work out at any time of the day and night. The facility isn't large, but it has all the essential cardio and weight training machines, as well as free weights, stability balls, kettlebells, etc...The view of the harbor is stunning and the gym is clean and well maintained.

The staff here are very supportive lending to a welcoming environment to work out in, complete with a view of Rockland Harbor!

Director of this particular YMCA, Phoebe Carlson I believe, disrupted my workout, singled me out, and told me to cover up my body otherwise I would have to exit the facility. She body shamed me and sexualized my body without my consent and at the same time sexualized the children who attend the YMCA facility by saying that they would be distracted by my exposed body. I was wearing both a top and a bottom from Gym Shark, specifically meant for working out and attire widely worn and accepted in the fitness community. I have worn this attire to many gyms all over the country and I have never been told to cover up before. Rape culture is perpetuated through the objectification and sexualization of bodies and victim blaming and I was subjected to both this evening at the Y. This type of sexual harassment is unacceptable, and I no longer felt safe at the facility and had to exit, ending my workout prematurely. I am deeply upset and disturbed by how I was treated at this YMCA.

Great!! Friendly/helpful staff. Clean/organized. Pool 8 lanes. Time slots r recorded. 45 min swim 15 min cleaning/transition time. Locker rooms, showers. Refreshing part of my day...thank you all personnel and volunteers!!!

Small little YMCA that offers a cute little gym with nice equipment that oversees the water. The service has been decent. If you are looking for a low key gym spot, this might be worth going to.
