Many of the functions of the self serve car wash don’t work at all, and even with two people working rapidly to clean the car, you need twice as much time as they give you just to get a good rinse.

It's old, but it does a good job. It's been closed for a few years and I was always hoping it would open again. A few young, energetic youths opened it and are running it now. Good luck to them all. Make it work.

Don’t show up with a dirty car. Someone will pop out and tell you his daddy owns the car wash and the dirt clogs the drains and he doesn’t like that so you can’t wash it here

I can only speak to the drive-thru car wash but when my usual Mt Battie in Camden temporarily closed I came down here and was delighted! Great wash, family business, 2 people doing the pre-clean on the car before it goes into the automated portion. General kind & pleasantness, plus my car is shiny!

The vacuums have very little power. Unless you’re trying to vacuum up fine sand, they are useless. Don’t even try to get dog hair with the vacuums. The armorall wipe dispensers are also empty… but they’ll still take your money. Avoid this place.

They are very unprofessional and run their mouth about other companies. Prompto is clearly the best . I also saw roaches crawling on the floor so be careful

These folks were incredibly kind and helpful!I Drive a 1993 rotary engine that takes specific oil that Prompto refused for me.These guys changed the oil filter, checked other fluids, any leaks and the hoses.Thank you!
