It's a nice gym with good equipment and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Definitely a good choice for any experience level. Power lifting or cardio they're prepared for it all.

I go to a lot of PF's as I travel throughout the Northeast for work and this is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest I've ever been to. Highly recommend.
