Placed an online order for pickup. Just some headlight bulbs. They had it ready before they even opened. Were super nice and fast upon my arrival. Couldn't install them since he was working alone but I was able to do it myself when I got home. Between them and VIP, they're a good team and I'm satisfied.

These guys are great, they have helped me replace my headlight bulbs and install my new seat covers for free.I have always had excellent customer service whenever I shop here. They explain the price differences between similar products, helping me figure out which one is the best option instead of upselling the most expensive choice.

On vacation to mid coast Maine. Summer of 2023. Our car overheated. We called two other places in town. They both said they were full. I called O'Reilly and they took us in that day. By the end of the day the water pump and serpentine belt were replaced. The price was affordable. The secretary was kind and understanding of our situation. She was working hard all day long and took time to patiently help our family. Thankful for their help during our predicament.

I called to get a price for brakes. They placed me on hold were I listened to a constant beep beep for over 2 minutes. It was one of the worst sounds I’ve had come though a phone. They laughed when I told them how horrible it was. I had to repeat what I was calling about multiple times and through out the entire process they asked me to repeat the information again and again. They were more expensive than the other parts stores. I won’t be calling them for any parts again. Update your hold system no one wants to hear that sound ever.

Excellent service, showed up at 7:35 at night with a dead car battery and they happily swap in a new one in about 15 minutes.

We were traveling from out of town and our tire light came on. After being turned away from several gas stations that required payment for air, we pulled in to O’Reilly’s and asked them to check our tires. They fully checked and put air in our tires with a smile and no charge. Highly commend this business for their above and beyond customer service.

The employees are always friendly and polite they are very helpful this is one of my favorite stores I wish I could go to this one every time but my boyfriends work is closer to the rockland one and his boss has account there so we have to use that one and it don’t have as much stuff or as clean

Thomas was very helpful ask about a product and they had it. He said their products get filled every couple days which autozone is once a week. For now on I'll go to O'Reilly auto parts.
