“I can’t say enough to thank the lovely lady named Sarah. Who tonight went out of her way to help me out. I’ll admit I am not a costumer. But I was in a jam and on the road for business. This nice person not only got my phone started for the first time in two days. But I believe she was willing to let me use her own phone. To make sure I could check in with my wife.”
“Service was great...however, playing death metal music throughout the store is horrendous. Maybe it was a 1x thing for that day... or maybe it's on purpose to get people in and out faster... but either way, was the unpleasant part of being in the store.”

I came into the shop exasperated after several phone calls and online chats with Verizon customer service, all of which were unable to resolve the issue I was having. Lyrik made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't quit until we had a solution to the problem - which took a few calls and a lot of time on her end. She really saved the day and I'm so grateful for her help. This shop is really lucky to have her!”
