Ignored every email when I tried to book, I ended up calling and was able to book appointments. Wish I hadn’t, they do not know how to do hair or makeup. I booked for my wedding paid over $100 for each. Managed to keep my composure but was horrified by what they did to me. It was unblended, the eyelashes were popping off and the foundation was caked on. The hair came out nice but looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. Ended up redoing my own makeup on my wedding day, wish I had saved myself a lot of stress, time, and money. It was the only salon in Rockland open on Mondays so I had no choice but to book here. If this is your only option just stay home, lol.

Worst experience ever!! Unwelcoming, didn’t put my appointment down, seems like you’re putting them out, don’t book with Michelle Bryant, she’ll complain about having to work and be very rude to you. I left immediately with not so much as a word, just snarky looks, very poor booking process also. I’d suggest any other place honestly

I absolutely love the salon and everyone in it...It had been literally 27 years since my last full cut and style and I am not disappointed... Michelle is a delight.. you'll feel like family... Number 1 in my book!

It's always hard finding a new hairdresser when you are new to an area. I was lucky enough to find Michelle at Level 10. I went in not knowing anything but the fact that I needed a haircut badly. Michelle was awesome with her suggestions and no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do! The whole crew was friendly and welcoming. They have a good sense of humor and are not at all pretentious. I'm so happy to have "picked" the right place for me!Service: Haircut

Michelle Bennet gave the worst haircut to my twelve year old, only made worse by how argumentative and snarky she was with any feedback or question of what was happening. Terrible haircut, appalling treatment to a child, mind bogglingly unprofessional. Her handling was rough and the outcome a disaster of tears for days and five years of hair growth gone. Down right shameful! We will never be back.

Hair cut and colored from beach blonde to two different browns, I wanted a baliage, but what I got was dark brown for first 3 inches and ash brown for bottom. Paid $285 for both colors, no toner, no extra services, other than a trim, no layers or style. I left the salon with my hair wet (because it took over 3 hours to do). Next day called and said it was green, and needed fixed, went back for just a solid brown and got ripped off again. $90 more dollars. I tipped both times, but regreted it, i wanted to stop payment, but resisted.

highly recommend!! Made an appointment with really no idea what i wanted done! Renee was so wonderful, her bubbly personality made the experience well worth it! Ended up cutting a bunch of inches off and adding some layers!! Beyond impressed! For sure would recommend Renee to anyone interested in getting their hair pampered!!
