Two weeks ago I called. The call was eventually answered by a voice message. I left a voice message stating the vehicle I need work on and a phone number to return my call. No return call was received. I’m not sure I would be willing to use Genuine Automotive Services at this point. I think if I can’t get a return call when I’m trying to bring my business to them how can I trust that I would get a return phone call if I have a problem after I’ve paid for repairs?

Genuine Auto- is just that, genuine, two awesome guys who truly care and do it right. Have been going here for 7+ years. I appreciate their kindness, which is something rare to find. My daughter and I's safty is important but so is $expenses, I cant say enough good things about them.

This place is run by a couple of brothers,giving it a family feel. Brought a repair there that was estimated to take 13 hours. It only took them 6 and I was charged for 6 houirs. Dont think any other place would have been this honest. I dont bring my cars anywhere else,they are the best and do great work.
