Failed my vehicle for it's yearly inspection sticker for a bogus reason. They said my gas tank straps were rusting off at the frame. Not sure what vehicle they were looking at but it sure as hell wasn't mine. Totally ridiculous!!

These guys got me in right away and were so helpful and friendly! Not everyone works on RVs and these guys did with no problem. My Airstream Atlas is back on the road with only a minor repair (leaky valve stem). Thanks again! - Lori

I brought my truck to Eastern Tire with a spare on the rear and a plugged tore in the bed. After getting two new tires on the front. They went one step beyond and replaced my spare and put the spare back under the bed.

Bought a set of tires from Eastern a few weeks ago. Very friendly and professional to deal with. When the tech. was done installing I asked if I could take a quick look at the underside of the car while it was still on the lift--he was obliging and offered his opinion on the state of the suspension, exhaust, drivetrain, etc.
When it came time to pay I realized I'd forgotten the $100 coupon Eastern Tire had mailed to me earlier in the summer. No problem, they allowed me to mail the coupon in the next day.
It was a very good experience, I would use Eastern for tires again.

I can always count on the work being done on my vehicles to be done in an excellent manner. Not once have i had to take a car back to be fixed for the same issues. All of the issues with my vehicles have been explained to me in detail in advance so there were no surprises. I trust this business.
