I caught a flat tire, and then a flat donut; calling AAA led to them sending out a cool cat with a battery air pump and got me enough air to get to town. It was a helluva drive for maybe 15 minutes worth of work, but I still appreciate it!

Towing-Outstanding Service!Car broke down in rural coast of Maine late in the day. Closest AAA could find garage to help us was Brooks Garage located 1.5 hours from where we were stranded. Nelson Brooks personally towed our car and us 100 miles to a garage in our hometown then dropped us off at home. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind are best words to describe the service of Brooks Garage. Restored our faith in humanity. Thanks again, Nelson.

He doesn't answer his phone or messages. He took over a month to put in 1 part and its still not done cause hes lazy. I wish I had done research because this is everyone's exact experience when taking a vehicle to this garage

Nelson Brooks did a great job on my car. He gave me an estimate on the price and the time it would take to do the work on my car. He charged me exactly what he had thought it was going to cost and he was right on with the timing. I think he did a little more work than he actually charged me for and I'm extremely thankful and grateful to him for getting my car safe and reliable for me. I don't know about anybody else's experiences but I am very happy with the job he's done. It needed a lot of work and not easy work at that. He had it done very quickly and he did a very very good job. I will definitely take my car back to him to have more work done if it needs it.. thank you Nelson.
