After a 5+ minute wait, I had to enter an empty & deserted 4 bay garage & yell to find someone.I needed a simple & quick repair. A woman finally appears; seems she also runs the tiny inconspicuous NAPA store on the opposite side of the building and wasn't pleased that I'd taken her away from her "job".I was told they were booked for the next 2 weeks.Not one car in the garage nor a single mechanic on duty at 2:15 p.m.

They helped us out when they couldn't do the repair. They talked to other service shops trying to find someone to do the repair for us. Allowed us to keep our car there till we could have it towed. Very nice people

Pre inspection check. Staff helpful had appointment at 1pm arrived early and was taken right in. In and out in about 10 minutes.
