Or packages rarely get delivered and staff seem uninterested in customer service when going into the post office to retrieve said packages.

There used to be some hiccups from time to time at this office but since Eddie has started and they’ve staffed the front end consistently, it’s gotten so much better. I had a package that said it couldn’t be delivered and after about a week later it still had not been delivered, I called the office to check the status (and was surprised to actually get someone in the Raymond Office) and Eddie found the package and got it out for delivery the next day! It seems like a really good team there now.

I continually have extremely frustrating experiences at the Raymond post office. The service is downright abhorrent. Tracking for packages say they are delivered, but aren't. Packages go missing, or sit at the post office for months. Carriers lie about 'attempting' delivery. The office is not always open during their posted hours. When they are open, the line of people is often out the door with other upset customers missing their mail as well. Staff is completely uninterested in providing any help or answering questions. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for a government-run service that people rely on. I wish the complaints, and on-going issues, from so many Raymond residents would be addressed. Very Disappointing.

So far this post office has lost 3 packages sent from Florida. I think someone needs to investigate them!

Easily the worst post office I have ever dealt with.
In the last 4 years living here it has been nothing but constant new headaches.
The post master has absolutely terrible work ethic.
My newest issue is my packages not being delivered to due to “customer request” for them to be held at post office. Completely untrue.
When I leave work early to get my packages, they’re closed due to “staffing” issues.
I’ve never had any other issues with any other postal service.

My apt CLEARLY says 201 but my package ends up at 101. I don't know if their dumb stupid or just doesn't care but it's definitely illegal for people to go hunt for packages. My landlord put a note that their delivering in the back of the apts where there's no numbers. They never deliver where the numbers clearly are. They SUCK and I've never experienced such unprofessional people in my life. It's really sad you have to get a PO BOX so you can make sure you get your packages because their to lazy to put it at your door. I'm so disgusted

I have been trying to get the postmaster of the Raymond post office to get back to me for 2 years for a box at my camp. I have stopped in the post office as they do not answer their phone. I just recently had a package that was dropped off to the post office by UPS and no one notified me, I called the company I made the purchase through and they tracked the package to the post office so I went there to get it and they see where they were supposed to have it but can’t find it, that was 2 days ago and again. No call from them and the attitude is mmmmm well I don’t know what to tell you but we can’t find it, so frustrating so now I have gone back to the retailer and they will ship a new order. I understand why the post office looses money and why they have a union because any other company with this attitude would have been gone a long time ago.

I am disappointed that my package never arrived. According to Amazon tracking, 'delivery was attempted but front door or driveway was not accessible” ,yet my apartment complex has clear access for deliveries (I’m pretty sure not having that access would be a violation of ADA and fire code.)
When I visited the post office, I was informed that 'the truck was broken down.” And that “we were going to do another round of deliveries in a couple days.”
My package was sitting at the post office for 5 days and usps failed to get it out on any of those available business days. It's confusing how an attempted delivery was made….. from a broken-down truck…. but the truck made it to the complex to see that the door/driveway was blocked.
These inconsistencies suggest either misinformation or negligence on the courier's part.
This marks the third instance this has occurred, highlighting a critical service failure. A simple note directing me to collect the package from the office would have sufficed.
0/5 for such poor service.

Raymond Post Office and carriers are the most the most unreliable people . They lie. They're sloppy. Could go on. They have cost
me 100's $ un delivered packages, checks and time sensitive mail in just the last 6 months. There excuses are incredible. Best one was the gate was locked. Wow. There is no gate ! Then there was my "hot top " driveway was muddy and unpassable. SmH.
I think they need to clean house!

Bar far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly failing to deliver packages. Saying they are delivered and not showing up until days later, lying on the forms saying attempted delivery, without ever actually attempting it. Putting all of our packages in an unlocked box for the whole neighborhood, I could go on and on. This locations closer “lunch 12-1:30” which means that patrons who work can’t come in lunch to address an issue, it’s non stop. This location needs to be fixed ASAP

Never open. Mark our mail as undeliverable road blocked or wrong address all the time when it isn’t and don’t leave any notice saying to come pick up our packages. Close early all the time or don’t open at all. Never back from their 1.5hr lunch break on time. Had limited hours to begin with. Can’t get our mail or send out orders for our business.

Went there today to look for an Amazon package that was listed as out for delivery for a few days. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the afternoonbecause they are short of help. The door was locked and I could see a clerk inside working at the counter. There is a giant piece of card board taped up and covering the back wall so the public cannot see into their backroom area. Something is seriously wrong here.

Oh how I hate you … let me count the ways… I’ve been told for over 6 months they successfully did an address add/change only to have 90% of my mail and ups deliveries refused for no valid address! Something needs to be done about these incompetent government employees
