I am disappointed that my package never arrived. According to Amazon tracking, 'delivery was attempted but front door or driveway was not accessible” ,yet my apartment complex has clear access for deliveries (I’m pretty sure not having that access would be a violation of ADA and fire code.)
When I visited the post office, I was informed that 'the truck was broken down.” And that “we were going to do another round of deliveries in a couple days.”
My package was sitting at the post office for 5 days and usps failed to get it out on any of those available business days. It's confusing how an attempted delivery was made….. from a broken-down truck…. but the truck made it to the complex to see that the door/driveway was blocked.
These inconsistencies suggest either misinformation or negligence on the courier's part.
This marks the third instance this has occurred, highlighting a critical service failure. A simple note directing me to collect the package from the office would have sufficed.
0/5 for such poor service.

Raymond Post Office and carriers are the most the most unreliable people . They lie. They're sloppy. Could go on. They have cost
me 100's $ un delivered packages, checks and time sensitive mail in just the last 6 months. There excuses are incredible. Best one was the gate was locked. Wow. There is no gate ! Then there was my "hot top " driveway was muddy and unpassable. SmH.
I think they need to clean house!

Great crew of Postal Service workers! The postmaster is an amazing wealth of information and knowledge! Kudos to the team!

Bar far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly failing to deliver packages. Saying they are delivered and not showing up until days later, lying on the forms saying attempted delivery, without ever actually attempting it. Putting all of our packages in an unlocked box for the whole neighborhood, I could go on and on. This locations closer “lunch 12-1:30” which means that patrons who work can’t come in lunch to address an issue, it’s non stop. This location needs to be fixed ASAP

Never open. Mark our mail as undeliverable road blocked or wrong address all the time when it isn’t and don’t leave any notice saying to come pick up our packages. Close early all the time or don’t open at all. Never back from their 1.5hr lunch break on time. Had limited hours to begin with. Can’t get our mail or send out orders for our business.

Went there today to look for an Amazon package that was listed as out for delivery for a few days. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the afternoonbecause they are short of help. The door was locked and I could see a clerk inside working at the counter. There is a giant piece of card board taped up and covering the back wall so the public cannot see into their backroom area. Something is seriously wrong here.

Oh how I hate you … let me count the ways… I’ve been told for over 6 months they successfully did an address add/change only to have 90% of my mail and ups deliveries refused for no valid address! Something needs to be done about these incompetent government employees

I understand they are probably short handed and I've tried to be cool about it but I know you have new people and I'm not getting packages. Where before I was getting stuff.

I have been patient and understanding for years. I am convinced this is the worst run post office in the United States. Mail gets to them shows up in email, but you may get you may not. Sometimes they deliver to your house. Sometimes they don’t. It isn’t like I have a dog or unsafe property. There is zero reason not to do job. I have been patient for years. This has gone to far. Local authorities should take action against the office for failure to deliver mail. My understanding is you cannot sue them for undelivered mail, but it is a criminal offense to not deliver mail. The town, state, or somebody needs to do something. Disgraceful!

I really wish I could give no stars, or better yet, negative ones. I've had the worst time with this post office since the pandemic with delivering large packages. They've lied about why the packages weren't delivered, instead of just leaving a note stating in person pick up.The first package wasn't delivered because of an 'incomplete or issue with the address' and when I picked up the box, there was nothing wrong with the label or my address. Half of my address was even written on the box.Now I got an update on my current package, saying that two attempts where made yesterday, March 2. The second attempt had a note of 'front door or driveway was not accessible' as the reason my package couldn't be delivered. There was one car in the driveway, off to the side, other than that the driveway was empty. I was home all day and even saw them go by once. They never stopped, they never pulled into my driveway, they never triggered my dog into barking as they approached. Nothing.I would honestly be less angry about my packages not getting delivered if they just wrote those notes informing me that I have to get my package in person, then lying about why I'm not getting them.

Have not received any mail since December. Filed a complaint and the postmaster of Raymond closed it as “resolved” and three days later still no mail. Medical documents, social security documents, checks, retirement info, and more. Where is my mail??? Went to ask and was told “it’s in the truck”.

Order allot of stuff off Amazon and having to deal with this post office has been the worst experience. They refuse to deliver packages to the door even though FedEx and trucks delivering construction material have no issue driving down here from the main road. I had them leave packages under the mailbox and had some stolen and what doesn't fit in the mailbox and they refuse to deliver they hold for pickup and send it back without even attempting to deliver it.

I guess welcome to Raymond! They get me so angry and now I’m learning nothing ever actually arrives. They legit send your items back and leave reason as “ address not confirmed” or something else that makes 0 sense. This is so messed up none of them do their job correctly at all! This is the first time in my whole life where I don’t get my packages….. everywhere else I lived no problem but Raymond is unacceptable and something seriously needs to happen. I wish I have an option on how my Amazon packages ship

I finally received my package from Amazon today, even though it has shown out for delivery since early Saturday morning, and for the third time in 3 years, rather than delivering the large box of Christmas gifts to my door, they were left balanced on my mailbox at the end of our road. When it’s too big to fit in the box, it is supposed to be dropped on my front steps. Leaving it on the mailbox, in the weather with no plastic over it is unacceptable. The box is obviously from Amazon and you are fortunate that my items were not stolen or damaged. Our road is totally passable, so there is no excuse for this level of laziness. VERY disappointed!

04071 is the Bermuda triangle of zip codes. If you move to Raymond, be prepared to live with the fact that 50% of your mailpieces will go into an irretrievable black hole.I cannot tell you how much disruption and inconvenience this has caused in my life and for my neighbors. Checks never arrive, health care documents and insurance cards never arrive. Packages usually arrive but you have to track for yourself when they are likely sitting at the post office, and if you're like me, take time off work to go pick them up. Somehow the Windham Eagle always makes it to the mailbox. I cannot imagine the stress this must cause for people who rely on USPS for prescription medications. And what's the alternative? I signed up for a PO Box thinking that would be better and never received a single piece of mail there either.I am not much of a ranter, and I acknowledge that this post office location is plagued with understaffing like so many other places. The staff there are friendly, and so it feels bad to rage at them, but seriously, something here is badly broken.
