Oh how I hate you … let me count the ways… I’ve been told for over 6 months they successfully did an address add/change only to have 90% of my mail and ups deliveries refused for no valid address! Something needs to be done about these incompetent government employees

I understand they are probably short handed and I've tried to be cool about it but I know you have new people and I'm not getting packages. Where before I was getting stuff.
