Would not recommend at all. completely destroyed my engine block, entirely unusable. had to purchase a new block and have it machined again somewhere else. tried to get reimbursed for the new block I had to buy and the machine work they had done. was laughed at and told nothing they could do.

The shop I use sent a set of Edelbrock heads to this place. Waited almost 2 weeks to find out I needed 4 valves. They order the valves and it turns into next Tuesday. Then this Friday then we don't know when we'll have the valves. Clearly not equipped to do head work. Then they charge a canceled order fee and a restocking fee. I wish I could rate them negative stars. What a good way to have a shop lose a good customer because of some other company that can't get it together. I wish I could talk to the owner to resolve this matter.

Customer service needs improvement. Services were rendered in exact accordance with a Purchase Order (PO) that my company provided (based on prices quoted). After the work was completed, they refused to honor the PO price. Additional fees & misc materials were added. They refused to release our engine till the higher price was paid. I attempted to negotiate by meeting them half way - "no go". If changes in a PO price are going to be made they need to be discussed before the PO is executed and work is completed. The office lady was the most difficult to deal with and we will not trust them to honor a PO again.

I have nothing but good things to say about these people ,,,I have been using them for 15 years with many boat engines and car n truck engines ....if you ever have a problem you pull the engine and bring it back the people complaining have no business using this place because they are un qualified to do the install work !

If I could leave a 0 I would very poor customer service the woman I spoke with has a bad attitude. We dropped a customers cylinder head off Tuesday and was told a week now our customer has to wait longer. Really bad attitude will not be doing business with engine works unlimited again

Engine Works Unlimited is our preferred machine shop. We send them antique small engines on a regular basis for engines. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly do quality work. We're BIG fans of them!

The nasty woman at the desk is the first sign that this place is trouble. There are so many options, why would a person be so rude to a potential customer who simply asked some basic questions? This place didn't like my first review so they asked to have it removed. So, I'll be more specific in this review. Go elsewhere. We deserve to be treated like clients, not annoyances! Customer service is EVERYTHING these days.

These guys are knowledgable and inexpensive. They work with you if you need something quick. We at 207 Motors send many parts to be cleaned, decked, and rebuilt. We have not had any complaints. Keep up the good work!

Brought in my heads to be cleaned up a little and have a broken manifold bolt removed. Spoke with jeff. Wicked knowledgeable guy. I am still learning about engines and defintely confused head studs/bolts and asked about some silly impractical performance parts i didnt fully understand, but he was very patient with me and gave me some excellent pointers for my build. Nice shop, I can already tell they will do good work!

Had my engine over 10months, lost over $500 in parts that I had to replace on the engine and head after I brought the engine to a competent machine shop. Shop manager/owner was extremely rude and told me that my business was not important to him and his commercial clients took precedent over my engine work (even though I was paying just the same as any other client). Had to go back multiple times to try and recover parts they had lost (never recovered most of them) and most of the machining they did had to be REDONE by the new shop since their craftsmanship was so shoddy. DO NOT GO HERE.
