My boyfriend and I loved our experience here. We were desperate for a room rather late at night and did not realize we had found ourselves in an area without a lot of options so we were super relieved when Paula came down to rent us a room. Paula was so kind and gave us some really good tips about the farmers market, views, and other insight into the area which made our trip so amazing. The room was perfect. We will be returning in the winter! :)

Direct ATV trail access. I have a 24 foot enclosed trailer and parking behind the building was no problem. Very friendly and informative staff. We showed up a couple hours early and the room was ready before we even arrived.

The front desk staff was friendly, the location is very good. Cleanliness was not good, though. There was food left in the refrigerator and our kids found dirty underwear and tissues in the sheets of their bed. The front desk moved us to a different room, but the AC was broken (on a hot August night). It all felt very icky.

Love this place! Great and beautiful location near downtown, friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows; it even smelled good. We loved sitting on the deck outside our room overlooking the views. Perfect! I wish there were more places like this one in other places, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a lovely stay here for the eclipse! Very comfortable accommodation with cute moose duvets, multiple charging ports, and a great view of the lake. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It appeared that housekeeping hadn't 100% finished cleaning when we checked in (used soap in the shower; random ceramic bowl in the sink). I am sure they would have fixed this if we had asked, because the staff was very attentive. Overall, good value, and would stay again!

A solid hotel/motel in Rangeley that is close to a grocery store and a short trip to Saddleback. It was comfortable and worked exactly what we needed it for.

I have traveled the world and stayed at motels and hotels anywhere from two stars to five stars. All of them fail in comparison to the hospitality that you receive at the Saddleback Inn. I consider it my home away from home.

We intentionally went to this town because of living near a similarly-named town in Colorado. I'm so glad I picked this place! While we were driving through northern N.H., we got caught in a snow storm that slowed us down. A little after 8pm, I received a call from Marjorie reminding me of the reservation and asking if we were still coming. When I explained the situation and let her know we were still about an hour away, she gave me our room number and said she would turn on the heat and leave our room unlocked with the key inside. When we arrived, the room was warm and welcoming, had a very clean odor, and was in great condition. It looked like they either recently did a thorough reno or they just keep up with the paint and cleaning unlike most places I've been. I can't say whether the rooms are soundproof due to the fact that we went on a Sunday night in the off season, so there were only 2 other cars in the lot and I don't think they put us in adjoining rooms because it was super quiet. The ladies who I checked out with the next morning were really friendly and helpful. All in all, this was 5 stars, and I will stay there again if I find myself in the area again.
