“I've been ordering food from RTO for the past 4 years. I've never seen an issue with portion sizes. Definitely get more than 1 chicken tender in a basket, lol. The kitchen staff, (J & A), are amazing! ❤️? The owner is awesome! He genuinely cares about his customers and their families. He's helped the neighborhood kids more than once if they haven't had enough $ to buy their snacks! Randolph Take-Out is where to go if you want a small town friendly store atmosphere!”

“Their gas prices have been $.30 - $.40 cheaper than anywhere else throughout this high inflation time. Their pump-first, move, and pay, honor system is like a step back in time. Staff are friendly too.”

“I know the owner, very nice man who does his best to make sure the store is a welcoming place to get drinks and snacks. There is no discrimination against customers even if they're obviously undesirable people. Prices are steep but that's the cost of convenience.”

“I am so fortunate to live close to the Exit43 Quick Stop! This is a greatconvenience store, with the most friendly staff. There is a large selection of cold beer, liquor, snacks and sundry items.Consistently fresh, delicious pizza with eclectic toppings, and some of the best fried chicken anywhere. Not your average gas station fare!! A must stop if in the greater Richmond area.”

“I was a bit reluctant to try Charleen's in Richmond due to the fact that you have to go into the store to pay for gas. I'll be honest, I like to go to self-serve, pay at the pump and get out. Here you do need to go into the store but they make it as efficient as possible. They are so busy that they have you pump your gas then move your car ahead before going into the store to pay. They ask that you let them know how much you owe them when you get into the store. This allows others to pump their gas. It is a Fabian gas station. During the increase in gas prices recently, Charleen's prices were ALWAYS lower than anywhere around. The prices were not just a little but a lot (30-50 cents a gallon) lower. They want to give the savings back to the community. There were times when the gas was $4.50 gallon at other stations and I don't think it ever went over $3.90 here. Let me tell you, the owners are awesome. They are friendly and inviting. They love dogs and are fine if you want to bring them into the store. They offer a variety of sundry items, beer, milk and even local baked goods. It is hard to rave about a gas station but if I am going to, it is absolutely going to be about Charleen's. This store/gas station and the people who own it are the best!”

“Gas gas is quite good and lot of groceries are available but the kitchen timings are quite different, it opens from morning 5 am to afternoon 2 pm so please know the timings before you order the food.”

“The loaded breakfast sandwich here is excellent. Toasted bulky rolls, mayo, two eggs, bacon, sausage and ham. Large, filling, good value. Keep up the good work!”

“Honestly words cannot describe the customer service and the good hearts that work there, best little take out around in my opinion, id recommend trying some of there meals on the menu, the cooks are, in my opinion, fenominal. Everything taste good as well, and they also have a good selection of everything, it may not have everything but it'll feel like it does. Definitely a recommendation to check it out for yourself”

“This may not be the biggest or most modern store in the area, but the customer service is that of a hometown store. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need! I go in there almost daily for gas or whatever and during the biggest snow storm of the year the banks were closed and my debit card wouldn't work, they worked with me to help with what I needed and I couldn't be more appreciative! Definitely A++ rating for me!!!”

“The store is great but at night time it's really hard to get into the store parking lot because the entrances aren't lit very well and there's ditches on both sides it's kind of dangerous. They should at least have reflectors near the entrance.”

“The pharmacist, Leah Vanthorn is very helpful and always willing to work with you on getting your prescriptions correct . She helps meet your needs and her assistant Nicole Haas is also friendly and welcoming. They both are the best.”

“They have very clean restrooms. Their cold snack selection is has a very extensive variety of options to choose from. Small alcohol selection but they do carry all the essentials at least. The night shift attendant is very weird, and the morning shift attendant is a grumpy old carmudgeon that loves yelling at customers, but at least you can tell back at him and tell him how bad he is at his job, which he's extremely bad at it. All in all, a very great place.”

“Open all night. I work nights and it's on the way home. Snacks for the road and gas for the car.Edit: No longer open 24 hours. Oh well it's just a little out the way to go to Circle K instead”

“Chester's employee was very nice and friendly. He made my order fresh instead of having to purchase items that had been under the heat lamps. I appreciated this very much! Bright and clean store with friendly and personable staff. I will definitely stop by here next time I'm in Augusta.”

“This is my favorite local store because it’s quick, friendly, convenient, and up until recently (tonight) 24 hours. It’s not clear why the decision was made to no longer be 24 hours but hopefully it won’t greatly affect the 3rd shift staff who were always cheerful no matter how late/early I visited the store.”

“I have had issues a few times in the past with employees not being honest... I am partial to how the store was when Jim and Vicki owned it. However we ordered food here last night as I was sick and could barley move to make my family dinner, the food in the past has not been stellar and we avoid it normally. The food last night was surprisingly really good. My Ham Italian was really good, in the past they have had one piece of ham and it was never enough. The pizza was good also. Usually the pizza is too undercooked for me, however it was cooked well this time. My boyfriend also said his sandwich was really good as well.”

“I liked that they kept the lids to the coffee cups behind the counter. During this virus scare, that's smart. They are always stuck together so you end up touching several. I wish Winthrop and other stores would do the same.”

“I generally purchase gas here. It is easy to pull in and back out onto route 17. The store does have a lot of items to purchase. Snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and much more.”

“They've got a pretty decent selection of stuff when you're on the road. Decent fresh food, clean bathrooms with fresh flowers in them (a nice touch, let's be honest), wicked friendly staff, and s properly stocked store. Nothing to complain about. Worth going and paying an extra 15¢ for gas if you've got to use their other facilities in my opinion.”
