I stopped here for a washout today and when I pulled in, my alternator starting going to hell. Right after he washed out the trailer, he began making phone calls looking for parts to get me fixed up.
Doug went out of his way, last minute to get me to his shop, run to get parts to get me fixed, and was still extremely reasonable on the labor rate and parts. No shop cares about us drivers anymore, and it speaks a million words about him. Extremely personable, funny, and great guy. He's one of those guys you feel like you've known forever.
