Car was brought in for a transmission leak and was fixed no problem, but now the transmission is making a noise that wasn't there before the leak. So car was scheduled to figure out why the transmission is making a noise. A day and hours later I was told there is a noise in the transmission and for more money, they could look to see where the noise is exactly coming from. I already knew there was a noise,so I was charged for finding out nothing and it's possible a mistake that had been done during the transmission leak fix. So be careful dealing with Griffith services they are not helpful, and nickel and dime you.

I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Mark at Griffeth in Caribou and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack in compassion. Highly disappointed in The sneakiness from the salesman. I had the Jeep for one week and my front brakes needed replacing(the pads and rotors) I took it for an oil change today and was told by the mechanic my rear end differential is gone. I’ve had the jeep 3 months!!!! I was told when I bought it was “clean, and needed nothing, it was in mint condition and was their loaner vehicle”. I will NEVER buy from them again. I’m very upset. I went from a vehicle that gave me trouble to a vehicle that’s giving me MORE trouble.

Had work on my Ford,Cost me 2 hours labor for a 1 hr job.Asked for my oil to get changed when I set up the appt.and that did not get done. Did not write it in the order when I called to set up the appt.Also they would not honor their the works coupon last visit said they don't do that any more?? Asked for price on tires didn't get that either??Always been pleased with service at Griffith but I will not get my service there anymore.

The service advisor is rude my wife asked him questions about our bill and he said hes working on it now and hung up on her...very unprofessional wont be returning!

you must be crazy if you think you can still add "market availability fees" to new cars! this is the online age , get real! i would probably have bought a brand new Mitsubishi from you but i'm not even gonna go inside to talk to them when they are adding THOUSANDS over sticker as the starting price

Respectful, clean service plus they'll wash your car after so that's a plus. I'd give it five stars but they tend to be much more expensive then the smaller garages

A quick stop as a tourist with a question about my SD. Visited service and received a friendly and honest "I don’t know" to an Android Auto issue. That ok. Better than BS. Guy was friendly and I would bring my truck to him for service if I needed to.
