“I would like to thank the agent atthe Avis counter for his help in allowing me to make my flight. I had accidentally returned rental key to dropbox (4:30am branch not open yet) but realized i had left my backpack with IDs etc locked in the rental car. I called the listed number fully mentally preparing myself to miss the flight and stay another day. Avis agent called back about 10min later just in time to help guide airport security to unlock the office areas and get the key to the dropbox and allow me to get my backpack out of the car.
Best of all, I didn’t even rent my car from Avis - i rented it from Ace but one agent appears to be covering for both which i am very glad for.

“This is the best rental service I have dealt with. The owners go above and beyond the call of duty to please his customers. I am a travel nurse, my first time travelling to Maine, my flight got delayed and arrived in Maine around 11p on a Sunday. I thought they would be closed but to my surprise the owner Derick was at his business counter at the airport waiting for me.He gave me the keys to my rental car and then help me find my way to my hotel, by driving ahead of me. I cannot thank him enough, for his help. Keep up the excellent work of assisting your customer's no matter what their color, creed, nationality or culture .
