He gave me a very professional estimate & worked me into the schedule as quick as he could. I expressed I wanted my car to look as good as the day it was driven off the dealer’s showroom floor. I really appreciated him being so easy to work with and getting my car in as soon as possible. I could see how busy his shop was, which eased my mind a little. My thoughts being he must be good at his job if there was a waiting list, right?! I appreciated his honesty about the wait time of a few weeks. I got my car back today & was extremely pleased. He did great work & was quick about the job. He did exactly what he said he could do, in the timeframe . He did a brilliant job & I couldn’t be more pleased. “Wow, I hate going to the parts store for my husband. Mark walked me through the store gathering everything on my list. He pointed out that if buying a roll of towels that I could get hand cleaner for a penny. Who doesn't like a bargain. I took my stuff and left. I realized that I forgot something and went back in. He was waiting on someone else, so I decided to wait for him. The customer was angry because the part he was returning wasn't under warranty. He was swearing and cussing at Mark causing a lot of discomfort for everyone in the store. Impressive, he stormed out and wow, Mark asked if he help who was next then noticed that I was back and asked if he could assist me like nothing ever happened. He found what I needed in no time at all, and I was off again. I'm so impressed at how he handled the awkward moment and moved on like nothing had ever happened. “Great friendly and knowledgeable staff who are most helpful. Needed a replacement battery for my refrigerated trailer, and they double-checked it was the correct one for my application. They even let me borrow their ladder to change the battery out in their parking lot.Please like and follow for all things OTR.
