Talk to staff told me they’d be there until 9pm. It is 8:00pm I’ve been here an hour with no one whatsoever to finish my registration so I can use the membership I paid for. Absolute joke of a gym. Extremely unprofessional.

I was a member here for six years. The card reader to access the gym has failed multiple times. I complained about once, the first thing I ever brought to their attention, and the manager canceled my membership.

I joined the Auburn St. facility a few months ago . I absolutely love it . Jake & Cody are wonderful guys . They’re always helpful if I have any questions in regards to equipment or anything else . They keep the place especially the ladies room spotless clean !! I’ll never go anywhere else! The parking is great , there’s a large parking lot

dirty and disorganized (the showers in the men's room are so caked with grime I won't be surprised if they're just replaced). plus it's not 24/7 if the key cards don't work

Great place to workout.The employees are very professional and understanding. The Gym is very clean and keeped clean. The Gym should get 10 stars.

What an absolute disgrace to what is supposed to be a welcoming environment. Each and every customers dollar is just as green as the next and should be treated as such. In an environment that can be intimidating to enter already, management here should appreciate each and every client and not discriminate or be belittling to paying customers that they decided to misjudge.

Absolutely god awful customer service. Staff thinks it's okay to berate PAYING customers. Business and staff is a joke might as well give everyone a clown costume since this place isn't a gym it's a whole circus.?

DO NOT COME HERE! Staff is discriminatory & unwelcoming. These people have no customer service skills, it’s horrendous. A one star rating is even too generous.

I have a few friends that have had some unfortunate experiences with staff here. It is sad when there is discriminatory and intimidating behavior happening at a place that should welcome people.

This gym is excellent.Clean, friendly, great staff, well maintained equipment. Management and staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Most of all the staff here actually cares about your goals.Open 24/7/365. which fits my schedule-

Canceled my subscription months ago. Had to change my credit card so they would stop charging me. Just go a letter from a collection agency wanting money. Dishonest company.Update. I called as asked. Left a message last week. Waiting for return call.
