My wife was having trouble with new Verizon iPhone purchased at other retailer. Wyatt went out of his way to fix what turned out to be a very complicated issue (new phone, switched to Verizon, added to husband’s Verizon plan…). Landon was super helpful, patient and friendly while he helped me switch carriers and upgrade my phone. Answered all questions and didn’t make me feel the least bit silly when I didn’t know or understand something. 10/10!
