I received an order with items that I didn't purchase, and when I called customer service, they told me that, "the item is out of stock." Instead of emailing me to let me know, and not charging me for the item - it seems like they're just trying to get stuff out the door so they can "refund" you, while getting you on their mailing list... what a scam. Used to love them, but will not be ordering from them again.

i walked into the store at 6 and was told they had just closed at 6 upon entering (google says 7pm). i mentioned that i was just coming in for a pickup order and the associate was kind enough to let me pick my item up even though they had closed. i didn’t get their name but if you’re reading this, thank you! this store can be a hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for, but overall great store with great associates

I’ve never been someone to write a review, but I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at UO Portland & the item I purchased last month. I spent almost $40 on a crochet purse and it completely fell apart/unraveled within 2 weeks. When I called last week and brought it in to the store I was told I would not receive any store credit or get my money back, and would only be able to purchase an item of $14.99 value (more if I wanted to pay the difference!), being that that is the current price of the purse online. I called the customer support line and was told I did NOT need a receipt and that customers should NEVER be expected to keep a defective item. This was not upheld by the in-store employees.

Came thru on a job, Aedan was guiding us to what we needed to take and she was awesome the whole time! Max is a child kid, he even left a google review for my job. Shout out Anthony the manager!!

Asked for a dollar worth of change for a parking meter and was told NO. Then I had to find stuff I need quickly since my parking time was running out and no one knew anything. No one seemed motivated to provide any kind of help or good customer experience, they are just annoyed by your presence. Sorry!!! As a cherry on top door handles were covered in rust or chocolate or I don't know what and now I'm trhing scrub it off my hands.
