That store gives efficient, friendly service. Except during the holidays, I almost never have to wait. When I have something like an Amazon return, I’m in and out in less than a minute. I also like the store’s remodeling; very clean and inviting.

I used to go here a lot! Lately the customer service has been abysmal. A lot of new employees with high turnover/in training, which means longer waits, crowded areas, and inefficient dropoffs. They changed the location to a redesigned store that is far less convenient for packages, line, and efficient stop in/out. Less desk space and only a tiny slot for mail now. It seems like they purposefully designed it to not accomodate a regular demand of many of their customers. I'm not sure if they are cutting costs or trying to steer people toward different business or what -- but would prefer to avoid on my regular errands during the day.
Not surprised these UPS stores are dropping like flies (Rockland and Westbrook recently, among others). They keep making decisions that negatively impact their customers' businesses. I got a PO Box and will work with other places instead - there are a lot of better choices in town.
I'm sure they'll respond with a cut/paste "email at this store number" but I've already reached out to the franchise owner (no answer/call back), and manager of the store - who was quite argumentative. I guess they are stressed over there under odd corporate or ownership redirection. I feel bait & switched bringing my business here only for it to go down hill so rapidly. Hope this opinion helps!

We used the online appointment reservation service to book a notary service appointment (12:30pm on 4/6/24) . We received the appointment confirmation via email, and thought we were good to go. We arrived on time, but were told that the notary just left. I explained we booked an appointment online and received the appointment confirmation email, but the gentleman working had no explanation, was unapologetic, and he could have cared less. This is the third time I've experienced piss poor customer service from this particular UPS store. Find someplace else to go.

I have tried to do business with this outfit twice. They are uncooperative, rude, and do not appear to do want to do business when it comes to packing and shipping. If you need to have a item shipped, your best bet is to go to the UPS Store in Falmouth. They are happy to pack, ship, and contact the customer with a shipping quote. They provide great customer service.
