Great rates, good customer service, wish they were open on Saturdays! Shared branching makes it easy to keep great rates from ucu accounts and do transactions without going directly to their branches.

Have always had a great experience with UCU at any location. They have helped us with so many things over the years with compassion and professionalism. We have been members for over 10 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. This credit union is fantastic.

On day 1 I opened a personal account with Shawn. He was super kind, had a great energy, and told me what I needed to have to open a business account. On day 4 I met with Madison to open my very first business account. She took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. On day 5, per my request, Abby called me at home to help me apply for a credit card. We had a great discussion about my new business, how I planned to use my credit card and she helped me decide on the card and features that are best for me. Everyone I've worked with at UCU exudes pride in what they do and it's palpable. I'm so glad I joined UCU and look forward to doing all my personal and business banking with them moving forward.

Banked with this organization for over a decade. They have the worst policies for ATM fee reimbursement of any lender in the country. They make you meet multiple metrics to "qualify" for something that should be automatic. I don't recommend.

Excellent experience setting up my first credit union account today - Jared took the time to explain all my anxious/silly questions, the pros of credit unions, and walked me through every step. I have always felt like I need the “gentle approach” appointments for my banking that I get for my dog at the vet…money fear is huge! No appointment was needed but they kindly set one up when my partner texted (yes, their text line is awesome!) and explained my nervousness. It was awesome to have honest conversations about money with real humans after many rough years at a big bank. Any questions I have, I feel comfy calling and asking for help. Obviously it is day one but my partner has been a member for ages and I know I’m in good hands with UCU.

Recently had an issue that required the institutions assistance to resolve an issue with my credit card. When asked to speak with their manager they said alright (smugly) went on hold for a few minutes and then they hung up. I had to solve the issue within 40 minutes or I wouldn't be able to pay for a necessary surgery. Cold hearted so glad my credit card company was understanding hard to believe the big banks actually showed up a localized credit union. Unimpressed.

Trash customer service. Long wait times Can never get ahold of management they're always in meetings. Lazy when you ask them to do something and Will rob you in fees and laugh in your face and act demeaning. Will be closing my account and taking my banking elsewhere I don't recommend doing your banking here at all. They're thieves!!!!! I've been charged 1890$ in fees since I've opened my account 3 years ago. Hidden costs, small-print "gotchas," predatory and discriminatory practices

I have been a member for 15+ years and have had nothing but good experiences with UCU. I have used them for vehicle loans in the past and just closed on a home refinance. Everything went smooth thanks to help from loan officer Kyle Rucker who was very helpful & informative through the entire process.

Financed a loan through UCU and finally having it paid off today. It was a smooth experience and they were very accommodating. Wicked easy to go to any credit union and ask for a shared branch transaction.

Thought it was just me who had a problem with this bank - but nope, I've read reviews and people have touch upon alittle of everything. Accountability is the REAL PROBLEM - my account was closed with a confirmation via email on 08/2018. Yet I got a statement in the mail showing it was still open 04/2019. Called in to find out it's still active and the notice for the cancellation was on my account but NEVER PROCESSED. Also the 2 people incharge of closing the account back in 08/2018 are BOTH - No Longer with the Credit Union.

they have charged me overdraft fees when there is enough money in my account to cover the costs! Do not explain just confuse, going to a credit union that is more honest

My son told them he was going to France and they turned off his debit card while he was there leaving him stranded. His New Credit Card arrived the day he left. Hopefully they will reimburse the phone call cost to straighten this mess out!
