Very very friendly ! Tony’s staff is very knowledgeable and they make me feel like a valued customer! I drive all the way down from Bangor ! And they offer a wide range of stock. Tony ships as well as her staff offers great hair advice if you ask them ! I truly love shopping here ! They offer a loyalty program ! Braiding services barber services and screen printing for shirts ! Oh and wigs too!!!! They have Olplex !!!!! Cute clutches and Wallets ! I love this store ! Wonderful smiles and I Just over think they have a great location too! this is the one stop shop place ! Can’t wait to shop again ! Enjoy

I have had to cut my hair short after an illness made my hair start to thin, I have always had super long hair. I wanted to try a hair style for my 50th birthday that I thought couldn’t be done with my hair as it is now, Toni worked her magic and by using fake hair and braiding it into my hair was able to get extremely close to what I wanted. I did dare dream it could be done but she did it, even with my Caucasian hair type. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming not stuffy and pretentious. It’s somewhere you want to spend hours at even if your aren’t getting anything done. And I couldn’t believe how little she charges. She is a miracle worker and just an amazing human being and her shop is welcoming to all types and all styles of hair. Thank you again for helping me smile for my 50thServices: Braids

I am new to Maine and I have a mixed texture of hair so it was extremely difficult for me to find the products and hair that I needed to keep mine healthy while I was away from home. My regular stylist is down south and she gave me strict instructions to keep many protective hairstyles so that I wouldn't damage all the work that she had done over the years. I never thought I would find a place, until I got a recommendation from a great friend and I walked into Tony's touch and I had never seen such a clean environment in a hair store like this one. There was a vast amount of products, there was no shortage of employees willing to give me more than enough information about the products but I wanted to try and even some employees gave me recommendations about new stylists that were willing to work with my hair since I had planned on being here longer than I thought. The customer service, the environment, the products and everything were absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this store above all else and I will definitely be visiting every week. They will give my continued business no matter where I am. Toni really has a touch of magic when it comes to this business!

I went in looking for braiding Hair and someone asked me if I needed help and what I was looking for I told her I was looking for crochet hair and she showed me what they had I asked if they had more than just the one option they had she said no what are you looking for I said I usually get Twist Crochet Hair then she started to get upset raised her tone and said the hair I am looking for was old and outdated completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable even if the hair that I’m looking for is old and outdated who cares it’s not going on her head and that’s some thing that I wanted. also, the prices are completely over priced. I am really disappointed. I got recommended to the store and I am new to Maine and I’ve been looking for a store to go to all the time and spend money and help my fellow Black people find a good store. Tony and Joyce are so comfortable, welcoming, and kind. I loved my haircut, and it suited my face. Tony really knows her stuff and is great at cutting curly hair. She got it right the very first time working with me. That hasn't happened before! I am going to her from now on. Also, one of Tony's stylists braided my boyfriend's teenaged son's hair fast, and it looked great.Service: Haircut
