Friendly on the phone, but shipped my liquid medication in a padded envolope. It showed up in my mailbox completely crushed. I'm not impressed.

This place is a joke,new doctor every three days in two months of being a patient,no consistency and every three or four days these new doctors don’t want to help they just want to change meds to their opinion,this morning I had a man come ask me if they could take the recliner I use and family on visits,I said no,what?Then five mins later another person came and just took it and said nothing,malpractice malpractice malpractice,one doctor told me I was full of pulmonary embolisms and the new three day doctor who came in the next day told me I was clear and I had abscesses not clots.I am furious

I had a surgery on the 27th after 4 days I had a infection in my leg and I had to go to the urgent care emergency room they sent some medication to the maine medical pharmacy at night and they wouldn't give me my medicine they said it is not legal when my doctor gave me they paper for the medicine they said I had to wait 4 days they sent it to the pharmacy because no one was open at night I was such in pain the next day I switched the medicine to a walgreens near me and they gave me the medicine that same morning night shift people don't help

I highly recommend them I have epilepsy and when other pharmacies including wal mart Walgreens and cvs all couldn’t get my med from the manufacturer so they say Maine med pharmacy came through when I had no other choices and they say they have and can get more than enough

Had to get script because cvs pharma was closed after quick care 5 hour visit.Very very rude staff that was short and didn't give me any info on my meds.They are exclusive being 24 hours and don't need any customer service skills I guess.

Waited a long time. Mixed the wrong flavor for my kid's meds. They did actually have the meds we needed tho (all other pharms were out).

Tried a month getting my daughters prescription through hannaford... it took this pharmacy less then 24 hrs and they had it overnighted to me!

OMG how is this even legal!!!!! I have no words to express the incompetency of the staff, their systems and the whole process. I am sure their job is not easy and I can't even imagine the frustrating people they encounter on the daily basis but this level of incompetency cannot be allowed when you are talking about LIFE-SAVING MEDICATIONS. Miscommunication, wrong meds, incorrect quantities, missed shipping deadlines, rudeness, and the list goes on and on and the situation never improves. So disappointing and disheartening for everyone involved.

Frequent miscommunication with providers, regardless who the provider is. The Customer Service reps are frequently rude, despite being payed to do Customer Service. The only reason to go to this pharmacy is the hours. Other wise any other pharmacy is always a better choice for both service, quality of techs and accuracy.

Some pharmacy staff are brutally rude but not at MMC Pharmacy theyre always great and quick. Card payment is preferred but they do take cash.
