vibes were awkward here...2 workers at the time i entered. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. sweatshirts and t-shirts were pretty pricey, and not that great quality. lots of other small items to look at.

I went here in 2019 and am still obsessed with their logo and the saying. Bought a hat, 3 hooded shirts, a lobster and more. Please sell your logo on a patch and continued prosperity.

At Micah Straight, there is a sign on the register directly above the payment station that clearly states the return policy. Before yelling at employees about something by beyond their control, please open your eyes and look around

Buyer, beware!Any purchases here can be exchanged, but not returned. They will not let you know that until you get the receipt, there are no signs in the store, indicating that they will not take returns.

The Blue Lobster (very rare) is a nice, slightly upscale Gift / Souvenir shop with the added benefit that they sell DUCK BOAT tour tickets! This place is right on the corner opposite another tourist shop, so it's super convenient. Located on the main tourist street.

Awesome local gift shop selling their own brand of blue lobster as well as a large variety of Portland and Maine souvenirs and gifts. I was amazed at how much lower the prices were compared to other shops in the area.

Some of the best customer service I've ever had. I emailed the store directly to make a specific request relating to an online order, and they went absolutely above and beyond to help get it done. Can't recommend enough.

Adorable store!! Very small, fitting a lot into a little store so not very friendly for our stroller use but that’s expected in a bustling town like this. Quality tourist apparel and gifts. I walked out of there with several items and saw more (thankfully out of reach) at checkout I wanted. Highly recommend!
