I've been taking my car(s) to Tech Metrics since the early 1990's. I'm currently driving an Acura TSX with 278,000 which I bought new in 2006. It's only the 3rd car I have owned since 1988. The cars last long after the loans are paid off because I take them to Tech Metrics. I will only buy a Honda/Acura because I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They told me my tire pressure light was on because my gas cap wasn't on tight enough. I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night. Also they didn't check the system that regulates that so the light never went off. April the office manager was terrific. Only good things to say about her but I would not take my car there again.

One of the best auto repair businesses I have ever worked with. They quickly assessed the condition of my older car, and made suggestions as to how to proceed. They made one repair and only charged me for the time it took to to do the work ($32.00).

One of the best shops in town! My wife was driving through Portland and our Honda Odyssey was glitching with electrical problems and we were worried the car would stop mid-drive. We called the shop and April, who was extremely helpful and friendly, answered. We coordinated so my wife would drive straight there and they would be waiting for her. Turns out it was a very simple issue that they were able to quickly fix and she was on her way in a matter of minutes. what a place and what friendly, knowledgeable people! Go there for your automotive needs!!!! Thank you Tech Metrics!!!

The mechanics are SO knowlegable, and were able to figure out something the dealership couldn't and wanted to charge more for an incorrect fix. They give you that vibe where you know you're in good hands, and they even took time to tell me what I need to do next, as far as maintenance.

Tech Metrics replaced the clutch on my Honda Fit yesterday. I'd gotten a quote from the dealer as well, and even considered doing it myself, but decided to go with Tech Metrics for this big job. I'm glad I did. The final bill was less than they had originally quoted me even though they did MORE than they'd quoted me for. (Namely, they added a new rear main seal which is a good idea to do when you've got the car all torn apart anyway).Communication was good all around and they finished the car in less than a day, which was quicker than promised.Finally, the dealer gave me a whole laundry list of (very expensive) work my car needed that I'm knowledgeable enough to know was not correct. Tech Metrics did not pull any of that BS, saying that they looked over the car and only pointed out some routine maintenance items that needed to be addressed soon.Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Tech Metrics.
