Atm in the drive through has not taken cash for a couple months now and there still isn't even a sign on it. It's almost like they don't care about customers here. Am I wrong?

Opened a checking account and used the account to wire some money domestically several times. The bank on its own accord cancelled the first two transfers, without even giving me notice. When I went into the branch again and complained, they completed the transfers without a problem. Two months later I received a text to call them. Since I'm deaf and telephone calls are not my forte, I sent them a secure bank mail through their web interface asking what the issue was. I received a curt reply that nevermind, I didn't need to call or come in. My access to my account via the website was terminated, and over a week later, I received a letter in the mail stating my account had been closed, without any explanation, and a check for the balance. Terrible service, inconvenience galore. Go somewhere else for banking unless you are desperate.

Went to cash a check that a customer of mine had given me and they want a $10 fee for doing business with them I’m doing business with their customer their check shouldn’t cost people money to cash yes I could deposit in my own bank that’s not the point

The staff are always welcoming and call me by name. They help me with my transactions and then always ask if there is anything else they can do for me. I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff at Westgate. Twice, they have ordered foreign currency before a trip, and another time we required small, new bills to travel, and the staff made sure to help us.

Ok so not only did this bank have a sign a paper for name changes we didn't look at the paper because we assume it was about the name change apparently there is no paperwork for changing your name.. the guy had us sign a paper for jointing accounts knowing that my husband is in debt and I'm on SSI he would have put us in a position where we weren't able to pay rent the next month. This Bank also told me they were purchasing a checkbook for me and that it would be in the mail I currently go on my TV out today and I'm noticing the guy never made the purchase his name was Christian I'm not sure if they just didn't like our names or if it was because we were lgbtq I have been with TD Bank for a good 9 to 10 years now and this is the first time I've ever had a horrible experience would TD never trust US Bank only ever go into withdrawal your money and make sure you check that they're not taking more than what you asked don't ever trust US Bank it is horrible and not worth the time

Great Branch to work with! They are knowledgeable and willing to help people without making you feel like a burden. Recently my account was compromised and if it wasn't for James I probably would have found another bank. Also Dawney the senior teller keeps things moving with a smile. I go out of my way to go to the Westgate branch. Keep up the good work
