Your Portland Maine team saved the day - fit me in for service when I got a flat tire & could not leave my vehicle overnight. Also got some good advice about tire locks - the guys really turned a bad situation into a good experience.

One of the employee (Andrew Gallagher) at this shop is very unprofessional. I called multiples time that I would bring my car at the end of the day as i leave work nearby and the gentleman I talked to had my name and phone number and address down. I came in as planned and met with this guy. As I walked in, I told him that I'm being expected to bring my car to this location 333 St John St. He immediately told me that I'm lying. I asked him to check in his system and he refused. He then went on to look at my car and told me that I would need to replace all 4 tires instead of one. And I asked him to explain why and he told me to take my car somewhere else and that he would not take me. I talked to the assistant manager who was indifferent at first , but the assistant manger did look into the system and saw that I did in fact called and was being expected. So the assistant manger apologized. As I got home, the manager also called to apologize. I think the leadership at this shop are professional but also one bad apple does spoil the bunch.

We were on a road trip up from Maryland and they took us in to patch a tire when no one else would. Likkity-split. Heroes as far as I'm concerned. HUGE THANK YOU to their kindness and efficiency.

Exceptional service. When every other place (4 places near by) said no without hesitation. Customer service was very friendly, the job was done seamlessly and even with a smile plus a few friendly jokes thrown in! Will absolutely be returning. A very nice gentleman told me ‘we try never to say no, even in the busiest time of year, when no one wants to work anymore’ and that meant everything to me. 10/10 recommend.

Got me in with out a appointment the same day that my tire went flat and my rim became bent from hitting a pothole on congress street,had me drivable within a hour of arriving there I highly recommended Sullivan tire

What a great place to go. My daughter was in Portland her car wouldn’t start. Being so far away I couldn’t help but I reached out to the store. They told me to have it towed right over. They figured out the problem and had her on her way back home the same day. Very fair price and old school customer service. Thank you to Andrew,Ricky and Dan on the counter you are all top notch. Thanks again for being there.

Drove over a spike the Saturday of Easter weekend and was able to limp over on a run flat for help. Andrew quickly and fairly assessed the issue and miraculously was able to plug the existing tire (Sparing me the cost of a brand new one when he could have easily insisted and done so). Honest upfront service who will highly recommend to anyone and will be back in the future

I was in town for a work trip & popped my new tire. The three gentlemen working 3/18 were fantastic. I dropped the tire off & an hour later it was fixed, even took the spare off!10/10 recommend.

They squeezed me in to help me with my headlight. It was two days after Christmas and I thought I would be there for hours but in a much quicker time than I imagined they got me out of there. And the most important thing is they could not have been nicer. It's not every day you say to yourself that you wish you can go back to an auto service station but in this case, I wish this store was near where I live in New York. Two thumbs up and of course five stars ?.

They told me they could not repair my tire (had a nail it in, not a large puncture) and I didn't know any better so I bought a new tire. In hindsight it could have been repaired. I was quoted a price on the phone and then charged more in person. They did do a quick turnaround.
