Always been an awesome place to workout and has a great sauna. Excellent management has kept this facility in top notch shape. Very safe and comfortable environment.

It has really nice new equipment. It covers most of the major exercises. It isn't open 24 hours, and it is not huge, but that's fine because it's not very crowded.
