They book a lot of great acts, but they need to fix the sound. It's boomy and noticeably worse than similar sized venues in New England.

Love this place for concerts . Staff are super friendly and caring. I passed out, and they helped me get to safety real quick .

Saw a comedian and the volume was too loud to discern the words she was saying.
The bar staff was friendly and efficient.
The venue was gorgeous

Not a bad seat in the house. It shows it’s age with peeling paint but still a neat place for a show. Multiple bars on all levels. Staff was mixed - friendly enough but not at all knowledgeable about the performance or meet and greet after-show. Was a bit of a cluster with no direction. Overall not a bad venue but dress warm because the ac is cranked and it’s subzero temps in there. Unfortunately, that made the evening very unpleasant. The act (Justin Willman) was amazing and would absolutely catch his show again but highly doubtful we will return for any shows at this venue.
