I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
They helped me wrap the bouquet with such tenderness, then taped the box securely and hand-labeled every single side with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” to make sure it would be handled properly from every angle. Their attention to detail was incredible — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.
But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They were so kind, so sweet, and genuinely present. We had the loveliest conversation while they worked, and I left feeling not just helped, but cared for. Out of all the shipping places I’ve ever been to, these are some of the kindest, most thoughtful humans I’ve encountered — ready to go above and beyond without hesitation.

“Fast loading ..guards and loader very nice..load is heavy but he distributed very well ..ok on all axel with half tank fuel..295 to exit 4 veteran memorial bridge stay in right then water bridge and slow after 2nd light otherwise chance to miss Cassidy point rd bcoz it’s going sharp to right next light also Cassidy point rd ( that’s for exit trucks )hard to turn right there if on coming traffic there..good place to pick load ..”

“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”

“Good experience. The staff were very friendly. They couldn't find my online order in the system but the staff member didn't give up and actually found it being finished at the moment. Not sure why it wasn't in the system though. The place has a little bit of everything. The prices are about what you'd expect for a downtown specialty service.”
