8:30AM - 5PM
622 Congress St Ste 9998, Portland“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
“The line was loooong today and I was very tired but Vance was the epitome of customer service. He explained everything clearly and was super kind and helpful. And super efficient!”

He made sure my package was able to ship. He made my day end on such a positive note. I even gave him a hug. He is a keeper ”
