My husband and I have both had not ideal experiences with pharmacies in the past but the staff here is always so respectful. Specifically Truman, he is the man. He puts the T in Trust. He has advocated for us when we have needed assistance with insurance issues without judgement only encouragement and extremely helpful information. We moved farther away from the pharmacy but still make the trip to this location because we know we will be given top notch service. 10/10 for Truman and the staff.

Truman, the pharmacist is absolutely wonderful. When he's not working, the pharmacy falls apart. They never answer the phone and when you do get through after 10 phone calls, you can hear the rest of the staff chatting about personal things in the background. They always have to order 2 of our medications even though we get them every single month. They're never in stock.

Older lady with grey hair told us she was not going to honor our covid vaccine appointment because she was too busy. Negligence?Update: store manager is incredibly nice and arranged for us to be able to receive the booster. 5 stars for management, still uncomfortable with how we were treated by pharmacy staff.

Once upon a time long long ago, I started using Osco Pharm Northgate due to the convenience of the location. Life changes and now it is no longer a convenient location for me as I can count 4 other pharmacies I drive by to get to Shaws Notthgate Pharmacy. The excellent 10 star service I receive from Tara ( and a Very Big Welcome Back to you Tara) Truman, Robin and the rest of the stafff will continue to keep me driving past the other 4 Pharmacies. The staff there are genuinely caring, helpful, thoughtful, and always happy to see you, no matter the stressful working environment they may sometimes be under at the moment. They are the friendliest pharmacists I have ever met and have many times gone above and beyond for me when they clearly didn’t have to, but did for the very reasons that I can say “I love my pharmacists” at Shaws Northgate.

I am sad because I can't think of anyone's names, but I love all of the staff there. The girl with the long black hair, The young man with a dirty blonde hair... Everyone always work so hard and is so nice. I love them. This pharmacy delivers also.

Here's my complaint....the location of the employee smoking is in the front of Starbucks parking spaces. Here's the deal, I have called several times and been told they agree it's unacceptable and they will make sure their employees are smoking out back and that isn't happening. It is completely unacceptable that when I get out of my car I am engulfed by smoking, the windows on the side of Starbucks are completely filled with smoke. MOVE THIS AREA ASAP for us non smokers, children and people with lung issues. The store is clean but I have found that they don't often have a lot of staff working, making for long lines. The produce selection is mediocre. I have converted to a Hannaford shopper after years of visiting this location.

You know those photos of the store manager and employee of the month you see in many supermarkets? This Shaw's left the frames empty for a couple years. They just had empty frames hanging on the wall. Shopping here feels like you're shopping in a store with no manager or customer service stars. A couple of months ago they were using Star Market bags. Did they run out of their own bags? I don't know. They finally took those empty frames down. You can still see the screw holes in the fake wood paneling. +1 star(review star not Star Market) for their vintage soda selection.
