Great space and clean place, stylist Donna Jean is amazing with color! They validate parking in the next door lot to reduce the cost of parking, you still pay some, but not all, which is very nice! It makes getting your hair done in Portland as convenient as going somewhere that has their own parking lot. And, I love my hair!

DJ did a root touch up and highlight for me and I am so happy with the results! She is the best at doing my hair! The color looks natural, which I love. The salon space is very relaxing and luxurious. If you are looking to treat yourself well—see DJ at Satori!

I always see Richard to do my nails and he is one of the most personable people anywhere. He doesn't beautiful job with my nails and is just a joy to be around. I totally recommend him

The stylist was having a bad day when I went in last and she had a grumpy attitude, and she gave me a terrible haircut. She acknowledged she did a bad job but didn't try to fix it, didn't offer to have me back in another time to repair it, and she charged full price. Everyone has bad days but you need to provide better customer service and a higher degree of professionalism and try to make up for it if your negative attitude is going to impact your work. On the upswing, nice environment, and their esthetician does wonderful work with nails and skincare. I will not be returning for hair however.

I've been searching for a Portland salon that does good eyelash tinting and it IS HARD to find. Satori was able to get me right in for my last minute lash tint and did a FABOULOUS job. The price was very reasonable- only $25! The salon is small, but cute and the receptionist was very friendly. If you are considering getting a last tint, but are nervous about trusting someone with dye around your eyes, try this place!
