i was in line the other day and witnessed Zanayah (i believe thats her name) be so patient and kind with a woman who didnt speak very good english. she went above and beyond to pull out her phone to translate and make the transaction as easy as possible. kindness goes a long way, in this day and age you dont see compassion... read full comment
