This place has gone down hill in the last year. More than 50% of the machines are out of order. Staff there was rude to me and other customers. If you’re unhappy with your job maybe work somewhere where you don’t need to deal with the general public. Laundry opens earlier for certain customers and when you ask a question they talk to you like you’re the stupid one!

I was visiting Portland from out of town, and I needed my suit dry cleaned. I didn't know if this place was any good, but I really needed the suit dry cleaned so I took a chance. The drop-off went well - the attendant registered my information in case I lost my ticket (which I ended up losing). He told me that it was going to be a three-day turnaround, and I had the time to wait for it. The suit ended up taking a day instead of three. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and would recommend it if you need something dry-cleaned.

Its closed today but online it saids its open 7 days 7am-7pm. No information to why they closed just a note on the door saids sorry for the inconvenience . Super unprofessional and sloppy by this company.

I left black suit jacket and pants. I picked them up and didn't bother to check until I went to wear them only to find it was not the jacket I dropped off and the liner in the pants were destroyed. I've never been back.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I've used the wash, and fold service twice, and each time it looks like an angry 10 year old folded the clothing, my cargo pants and t shirts were so wrinkled that I had to re-wash and dry them before wearing.Service: Laundry wash & fold

It was not okay at all this black lady that was big and maybe Somalian was arguing with my mother today she was taking all the machines that were big it took her 2-3 hours to leave and was still arguing with my mother when she wasn’t even talking she’s a racist I hope the women that worked there gets fired cause this is unacceptable and the worker there was still taking her side there was 3 customers fighting about her being racist never coming back to this anymore and im calling for it too. I'm very impressed with this laundromat!! In comparison to other laundromats I've been to, this place is very clean and welcoming. The lady that is working right now is very knowledgeable about all of the equipment (washing machines, etc...), and she is currently vacuuming the lint screens from the dryers here. That is a very important factor for clean, dry laundry, without starting fires or whatnot. She picks up every little piece of garbage she comes across on the floor that someone just dropped, and that is an excellent quality. Being serious about the Laundromat being clean is something all laundromat employees should be! LoL ?
