If I could go back in time and choose a different body shop to take my vehicle to I would! Not only was my vehicle estimated to be done 2 months!!! Before I ACTUALLY got it back, but communicating with this shop and the people was like pulling teeth! Absolutely no help and miscommunication between the actual mechanics and the secretary at the office needs to be fixed immediately! Told one thing for a complete other to happen and mean the difference between paying out of pocket and insurance paying for a fully running vehicle. I am 100% not confident that they fully checked my vehicle to see if it was running and operating safely as when it was picked up the coolant was so empty I had to fill it 3 times for it to be holding in the reservoir AND to be told I had a bad battery (i didn’t) and just handed a battery pack and be told to figure it out on my own in their lot! You’d be better off watching YouTube videos and doing it yourself rather than waste your money here.

Back in December 2023 a large storm broke a tree limb that crushed my tailgate and shattered my back window. I didn't want to tow my car far, so I opted for the one place in Portland that was in Nationwide's network. I had to work for any kind of information on the status of my car, and they pushed out the pickup date four times within the final week after being told it would be ready each time. In total it took a little over two months, and when I got my car back, the rear window they installed was warped so things out the back looked squished and stretched.
I am a patient person. I was frustrated with the lack of communication. Despite everything, I was ultimately just happy to have my car back, so I didn't leave a review.
However, it's now October 2024, not even a year later, and my back window spontaneously shattered on the first cold night we've had. I brought it in to a different collision center outside of Portland (learned my lesson) and they discovered that the repair work that Key Collision did was so poor that they had to re-open the original insurance claim to understand how they messed up so badly, and reconstruct it the right way. If you come to Key Collision you'll end up re-doing the shoddy job they did to begin with - do not waste your time or money with this repair shop.

I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and swift action taken by the staff. While my fender bender was relatively minor, it needed attention. I would recommend the team at Key Collision to anyone looking for body work in Portland. Five enthusiastic stars!

My car was supposed to be done the 12th of Sept and here we are at the 16th. I call to check in and Dennis seems real shady. He keeps saying he'll call me back and keep me posted -but he never does. Despite me checking in every day, I feel very out of the loop about the progress of my vehicle.
I was told they're waiting on a headlight and that the non-used ones are back ordered until November. However, I checked the Internet and that is definitely NOT the case. Overall I'm very UNSATISFIED and I will not be using this garage again...

Unfortunately somebody backed into my vehicle downtown Portland and scraped up the bumper. Thankfully they were an honest person and left me their insurance information. Key collision ended up being the repair shop chosen by the insurance provider and they did a great job communicating all updates as well as worked with me on the pickup time to adhere to my work schedule. I say it respectfully because hopefully my vehicle stays in the shape it's in, hopefully I don't have to go back to a body shop but if I do I'm choosing key collision. 5 stars. Thanks Key!!

Very professional. They did a wonderful job fixing my jeep. I still had issues with my light head directions and they got me in next day and I actually learned from them how to fix the issue myself in the future. Great service!

Do not bring your vehicle here or allow your insurance to. Read these reviews for yourself. This place is a scam. They breach contracts on the regular and stop communication with people and drag them along until you have to go there to personally confront them and still get no answers. Last place in Portland you should go..
