We absolute adore this place! We stay here every time we're in Maine. The rooms are amazing, the staff is awesome and the attention to detail is beyond none. Highly recommend!

We had a very great stay at Percy Inns. Unfortunately we arrived after the official check-in times, but the check-in still worked without any problems. The room was nice and big and very comfortable. The location was great for us. Restaurants, bars and shopping facilities were within walking distance. The breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit was very tasty. We can only recommend the Percy Inn and would come back at any time.

i had a wonderful stay. Inn is convenient to airport and Amtrak. Accommodation is spotless. Room was lovely. Fireplace was appreciated in November. Location wonderful for walker. Parking is available! Neighborhood has many good restaurant. Hosts could not be more committed to a great experience for guest. Highly recommended

The inn is close to many restaurants and sites of interest to be explored on foot. It is also close to coffee shops and the waterfront. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast service is quite good. The owner was very accommodating to us where we couldnt get the same room for 2 nights he set us up with 2 separate rooms seamlessly with our two day stay. We would definitely go again.

When I stayed here previously, we had wonderful experiences. Today, upon checkout, Dale and his Innkeeper aggressively and egregiously confronted my partner and I and accused us of smoking in the room of which they had no evidence and later admitted that they have an ongoing issue with smoking in rooms and that the Inn itself often smells like weed due to “surrounding pot farms.” The Innkeeper attempted to enter our room when we were in it and we believe did enter our room when we were gone. This is not a safe space for women as the owner and his Innkeeper are overly aggressive males and the Innkeeper attempts to enter units. Yesterday we were talking about our next booking here. Today, you lost a regular. I hope your Innkeeper seeks treatment for his obvious aggression problems and I feel sorry for any women in his life.I should add that upon us leaving, Dale suggested to my partner that he not allow me to drive my own car off the property. Its rare I experience that level of sexism.

Let me preface by saying this hotel stay was a surprise for my birthday. If you like a room with odd and mismatched decor, then this room is for you! The vibe was not what I expected from the building's exterior . The room was more of a step back in the 1970's, including hard grandparents' pillows with a slight hint of mold smell.

We had a fabulous stay at the Percy Inn in June 2021. It is more than just a hotel stay-- it is an experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the breakfast was wonderful. You can tell that the ownership and employees put a lot of effort into creating a wonderful experience for guests. Great location for exploring Portland. I would highly recommend staying here.

I stumbled over the Percy Inn online, and we were delighted to have found it. I enjoy places with personality and a unique sense of place— I never stay in a big chain hotel if I can help it. The Percy Inn was just what I was looking for. Each room is different, there was a great sense of the history of the town, everything was spotlessly clean, the service and breakfast were excellent, and we had a terrific dinner around the corner. This is a great place to stay!

Had a great couple of nights stay in the Henry Wadsworth Longfellow Suite. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. Found it to be very quiet, loved the location, and didn’t have to worry about parking. Great value, and would definitely stay again!
