“I was traveling through town from Pennsylvania on my way to taking my daughter to summer camp when suddenly I had a warning come on in my car despite the fact that my hometown mechanic had checked my car before we left. I called a bunch of places who seemed too busy to help, but this place told me to stop by. As soon as we pulled in, they instantly helped me and checked my car. They reset the computer and topped off my oil. They were very friendly and kind.”
“I recently stopped by this location of Tire Warehouse to see if they would rotate my tires. I had purchased a full set of tires at a different location a few years ago. They were very friendly, helpful, and were able to rotate my tires right away, as they had a short opening in their schedule. I was really impressed with how nice the customer service was. “Had a scheduled appointment at clown fair tire, for tire puncture, sat around for an hour before my car moved, decided to leave clown fair and come DIRECTLY to Tire Warehouse (Portland). Employees were kind and welcoming. Fixed my tire within 20 mins. Highly recommend.”
“Had a great experience here getting a tire patched. Other shops wouldn't touch it because "it was too old" and they would only sell me new tires. They got me booked the same day, found the hole, patched it - all on time and professionally.
They went further than that though - checking the tire and rim over exhaustively for any other leaks afterwards, they found a small crack in the rim. I really appreciated them pointing it out to me, suggesting the cheapest way to get it fixed, and told me to come back whenever I needed any other help with my truck.
I will definitely be sticking to this place in the future!”

“Stopped by from out of State, had a serious problem with brakes. They diagnosed problem, offered solutions and had me on a lift and parts ordered all within 10-15 minutes!! I was in and out in about 90-95 minutes for a complete rear axle brake job (rotors and pads). It was under $350 with applied coupons too. Nobody around here can beat that price. It was a great deal and done quickly too. Really fantastic experience overall. I went in dreading and expecting the worst possible scenario and circumstances and they put me right at ease and took care of my car's issue. By the time they finished repairs I was worry-free, relieved and very pleased. I left quite happy.”
