Love this store! All the brands you find at big box stores (eg, Patagonia, Kuhl) but a nicer selection and a local, community-focused business. More of the everyday wear that you can wear out and about, to the office (if thats still a thing) or hiking/traveling. Staff is super friendly!

This place is great, especially for men's clothing. My boyfriend and I live in Boston but always come here when we are visiting Portland, so once every few months or so. I really like picking stuff out for my bf here, and he always likes and buys what I've picked out. He can be picky about clothing (and yet, when left to his own devices buys cargo shorts) so it's nice to know there's a place I can reliably get him stuff we both like. And the people who work there are super nice and usually remember us from our previous visits.

This store has a great inventory of outdoors essentials and accessories. Everything you would need from wet weather wear to hiking and camping bags to even inflatable lights for a party by the water you can find here.The prices for what you will find here are very reasonable and you can feel good supporting a local independent shop that still stocks top notch brands at a price that still feels good.

Great staff. They didn't have the color I was looking for but she pointed me to another store that carried the same product. And she even called them for me to make sure they had it. I've always been pleased with the quality and service there.

I enjoyed shopping at Nomads on Commercial Street in Portland. They have a great selection of cool clothing for casual and active occasions. This is a great store that features some clothing that I have never seen before and offers a unique shopping experience that is wonderful. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and does there best to make sure that you have the best time shopping. I was impressed with Nomads and went away with some purchases that I was happy with. They are awesome.
