Poor customer service, awful app that looks like it hasn’t been updated in 10 years, no accountability to errors on their end even after numerous screen shots and emails. I will not be accepting an auto loan through NBT again and will encourage my friends and family to avoid at all cost.

Because of their poor banking, an incorrect late payment was posted to my credit report. 100% on time payments my whole life, and now I have to dispute this error. Can't get ahold of anyone at the bank or get an email response. Horrible web interface. I would take your business elsewhere!!

I have never met a more difficult bank to work with in my life. I have never been asked to give my full social on a recorded line for verification, because I didnt know my account number. Hello 21st century!! There's other ways to verify people. I set up security questions for a reason.
