I agree with the previous negative and one star reviews previously posted. If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible experience.The Lady that tried to set up my phone had no idea what she was doing. It took her two hours to transfer service to Metro T-Mobile. My plan is so messed up. I’m being charged twice as much as I should be. This place is a mess. Now I need to go to New Hampshire to a T-Mobile metro (that knows what they’re doing) to get things sorted out.It’s comical the responses that metro has given the 1 star reviews. ‘ Sorry we couldn’t live up to our high standards.’ Those are not high standards. Those are just basic common courtesy and the ability to do your job correctly. Don’t bother responding me. Do us all a favor and figure out how to do your job!

Wow! I have never been so rudely treated in a long time! I am about to drop the line *I just added* because the 5G does not work (even though it was fine, I upgraded that phone to my new one, so my youngest could have a phone) and not only did the employee *NOT* take my account info, he refused to help, and assumed I haven't paid my bill by suggesting I should pay to get it to work!! Hello!!! Been with Metro for nearly 10 years, NEVER missed a payment! And now I am ready to take my services elsewhere, this company has gone severely downhill! I will NOT recommend MetroPCS to ANYONE!Note: I have spoken to 611 several times and since they can't see the issue, nor understand, I hoped going in person would be better ... NOPE!!!

If I could give negative stars I would! They never have any phones in stock, I was told one price then at payment "oops its actually 100 MORE than what I said no promotion". Bought my daughter a new phone, later to learn it needs a C to C charger. Just drive to New Hampshire stores I had to drive 64 miles to buy a phone actually in stock with a case and screen protector for LESS than their phones are. Never had a bad experience with Metro PCS until trying to buy a phone from this location!!

St John Street store refuses to process returns beyond the day of purchase, deceiving customers and ignoring the return policy detailed on the receipt. My situation falls outside the return policy as I bought Pixel 6A in-store after rep misinformed me that it has wireless charging functionality. Store refuses to remedy situation with either a refund or product replacement giving the rationale that they are unable to make good on the receipt-detailed return policy.

Metro by T-MobileGreat store, I get a Hotspot service, very helpful for my needs. I was having some issues, and I went to the store and I get the best costumer service for the team, they fixed my issue and now I have good internet service. Yey. Thank yo Alex and don't remember the name of the female that was there this morning/noon. Great job!!!!

man i love T-Mobile but METRO BY TMOBILE? amazing, lovely, id live in the store if i could. everyone here is super friendly and very helpful, wouldn’t go to any other provider. I came in for a new line and was setup within 5 minutes, quick and easy

I went in the day before Christmas Eve. I've been a Metro customer for 7 years, I had an emergency situation & needed a new phone (mine was lost). Despite having insurance on my account I was "unable" to get any kind of phone for under $100. I was Laughed at, disregarded & treated very rudely by a "Julia" (refused to give her name at first) and the male employee was aggressive & hostile with me.
