I couldn't find anyone in my city to do an alignment on my box truck. I called McFarland, and they got me right in within a few days. Even though they were busy, they did the alignment with amazing results. They treated me very well and didn't try selling me parts I didn't need. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend for your bigger trucks

Extremely professional and quick service. I am a Tow Truck dealer, I personally was delivering a truck to a customer in Maine from Massachusetts. After getting on the highway I realized there was an issue with the truck, I called and Jim got me in literally right then. They fixed the issue and had me on my way to my customer in no time. This company just literally robbed my husband. He was quoted $200 over the phone for a job parts and service included and he chose this company as it was the best quote he had. Dropped his truck off, no one called him when it was complete and when my husband checked back in the truck was ready. No extra work just the job discussed and was informed the new cost was $380, which he wasn’t prepared for. After refusing to honor the quote and trying to not let my husband take his truck home- an hour away- they finally took $120 off and took everything my husband had in his wallet. Will never be back and will be reporting to the better business bureau and attorney general and whoever else oversees this sheisty business practice.I will say the actual work was satisfactory.

OUTSTANDING!!!! 1972 international 1210, steering / alignment issues, as well as some front end suspension issues. They know their vehicles! Jim, Ricky, Mr McFarland Snr... hard to beat this generational knowledge and work ethic and concern for a job done right. From sourcing parts to diagnostics and the "don't worry, we can handle it" attitude its worth every dime. Truck tracks straight now, and isnt wandering all over the road.
