I had to go in a couple weeks ago for some plumbing pipes. The older man and the main plumber went way above and to explain everything in detail and also put the pipes together to give us a reali life example of what it should look like. Beyond amazing. The customer service is wonderful

I frequent Cook's Ace Hardware frequently in Gray. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and I usually find exactly what I need. A great store that gives me a feeling of being part of the community. Great staff.
