I submitted a request through their online form for oil delivery Monday night around 8pm. I received an email Tuesday morning at 5:15am saying they’d be there that day! The delivery was made on Tuesday at 8am as they were planned to be in the area anyways! I couldn’t believe it! (I know it’s just a coincidence that they happened to be delivering in my area but still — They could have easily put me on next weeks list!!) I’ve been impressed with their service since day one. Thank you all for everything you do!

We ran out of oil on a Friday night, I sent a message early Saturday morning & got a response within minutes! In less than an hour they were here to deliver. Needless to say, we will be switching to Logan Oil permanently!

Started dealing with them about 15 years ago and they have predictable and honest. they always come next day or same day depending on when i make the call. their rates ate comparable, if not lower than than other big name competition around Portland. Danny filled up my tank last and he was very pleasant, definitely a great serviceman.

I've only been in the area for a 7 or 8 months now, but Logan has been my heating oil company. We don't have a fill schedule, so I generally call when we're low. I STILL don't know their operating hours, as they don't have a website and I forget to ask when I call. Their turn around time for delivery is usually next day (usually in the morning), and their prices seem to be the lowest in the area of Westbrook. 100Gal minimum orders. Emergency delivery has another $85 dollar surcharge.
