LexConnection is the place to go if you want excellent and trustworthy service professionals. After having a terrible experience with Berlin City Lexus, I found Cody, Kevin and the team at LexConnection to be the best place to service and maintain my Lexus. I have owned 3 Lexus RX350's, just recently purchasing the third, which I bought from Kevin at LexConnection. Looking forward to a long term relationship having them service my newest. I would highly reccomend them as the place to go for Lexus in Maine.

I was very fortunate to find LexConnection. My Lexus radio system was not working properly for over a year. During that time I took my car to a Lexus dealership in an effort to fix the issue. They looked it over, installed updates and charged me for their services but on the way home from the appointment, the exact same problem recurred - nothing had been fixed. I subsequently called multiple businesses who stated they did not/could not deal with the Lexus audio system. That’s when I found LexConnection. One of the team members - Cody - reassured me that they would be able to find a solution and scheduled my appointment. When I dropped my car off, the problem was quickly diagnosed: I needed a new radio control unit. Cody made numerous phone calls - both to dealerships and to used parts suppliers - in order to get me the best deal on the necessary part. He then called me and laid out my options. When I dropped my car back off for repair, LexConnection provided me with a car rental and kept me informed along the way. I’ve had my car back for almost a week now and the radio works perfectly. LexConnection made the entire process such a seamless experience and I am so grateful. I would 100% recommend this business to family and friends.

As a long time Toyota owner, I wish I had found a place like Lex Connection sooner. I've never really needed much maintenance for my car because, well, it's a Toyota! What little maintenance I did need in the past I was usually able to have done with the help of my dad and brother while living back home in New Hampshire. Since moving to Maine for school and my career, making the trip back to New Hampshire has gotten a little more challenging and time consuming, so I needed to find someone local that I could trust. I'm very particular, especially when it comes to my car, and have never really been pleased with other places in the Portland area. Particularly the Toyota dealer, which seemed more concerned about getting me into a new car than helping me to keep mine on the road as long as I hope to have it. Lex Connection has been wonderful. From our initial emails, to my first phone call, to my first service experience - I have experienced professionalism and quality every step of the way. I can't emphasize enough how comforting it is to know that I now have a Toyota/Lexus-specific service center that knows the ins and outs of my car and uses genuine OEM parts. What's more, they seem just as invested as I am in keeping my car running well for many more years to come. I feel like I can trust them with my car, to be honest with me about any service that might be needed, and to do their best job for me. In fact, I ended up inquiring about a few other things that I've been wanting to address for a while but hadn't because I didn't feel like I had someone I could trust. Now, I'm actually looking forward to bringing my car back in knowing it's in good hands and will be in even better condition when I get it back. A special thank-you to Chet, who's been the one to help me so far, for his exceptional customer service. I really appreciate him and Lex Connection overall, and look forward to hopefully being a long-term customer.

I happen to have a flat tire on the way to dropping my daughter off at school. The owner, Kevin, and another employee saw us and came to check in on us. We already had roadside assistance on they way but the timeframe was long. They didn't have to change the flat into the spare but they did! After telling the front office staff the story at my daughter's school 2 people chimed in that they only get their cars from Kevin and that the service is great and shop is clean. We've been told this is the place to service our Lexus and now, I'm convinced that's where we should go!

Highly recommended - great communication from the time I made the appointment with Ben last week to the repair being completed/updates provided by Chet today. Appreciated all the extras as mentioned in prior reviews - car wash and vacuum, having a place to work and eat lunch. Thanks for a smooth, hassle-free experience!

I have been a patron of LexConnection for approximately 18 years. Although I have not always owned a Lexus, I have consistently chosen them for servicing whenever I did. Over the years, there has been some turnover in the front-end service team, which is to be expected. However, regardless of whom I interacted with, the level of customer service has remained exceptional. This is a rarity in any service industry, particularly within the automotive sector. Furthermore, I have complete confidence in their ability to care for my vehicle, and I am assured of their expertise. They have consistently treated me with respect and have never attempted to upsell unnecessary services. Additionally, their repair costs are reasonable. I highly recommended them 18 years ago, and my opinion remains unchanged today.
