“We have been customers of Attos for 15 years! Just today, my husband purchased a lovely 18K gold and sapphire necklace for me. Attos knows me well as the gold was a distinctive color so he showed three earring options to accompany the necklace. I have never walked out of the store wearing the new pieces on but I did today (and I rarely take off go-to necklace and earrings (also from Attos))! We’ve purchased jewelry for our son and daughter. Some right out of the case, some custom. ALL amazing pieces!”

“A friend of mine sent me the body lotion. I received it today.
I have shingles.
My body has been on fire and had random needle and knife like stabbing pains for over a week. 3% Lidocaine would only work for a minute. The thing was, I had steady fire under my arm, but no sign of shingles. I put the Lidocaine on there too it would not work.
Shingles gets worse at night and I was struggling. Anything touching my skin made me want to scream. Sleeping was next to impossible and only occurred after I was completely exhausted from the pain. I was given pain pills they make me in pain groggy.
As I said, I received the Marin today I washed off any remaining Lidocaine and applied the Marin. I instantly feel the soothing relief of it. Once I finished applying it to the affected areas I began applying it to my armpit. It took a few minutes for it to put out the fire, but it is gone!!! I feel soooo loved right now! Loved by my wonderful friend Pam and by the creators of this excellent lotion. Thank you for what you do.”

“I had an opportunity to work, personally with TJ and Elizabeth. I was looking for a very niche piece with very short notice. After speaking with Elizabeth, she was able to actually customize and rework an existing design of hers to suit my needs and have it ready for me in within about 48 hours. The piece came out beautifully and will surely be loved by its recipient. She also had been gracious enough to provide a very fair estimate but still even came in under the agreed price. TJ, at the store was extremely kind and friendly and even helped me further by providing me a display style jewelry box. I can not speak more highly of their quality, service and the wonderful items in the store itself. “Very recent story. In July ('22) I purchased a bracelet from Cross Jewelers for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I had never heard of them prior and had chosen them from a list of other jewelers offering similar product. I liked their reviews. When the gift was delivered by FedEX, it was dropped off at the wrong address and disappeared. The folks at Cross were tremendous! They had an alternate package ready to go, even prior to FedEx's admittance that it was they who goofed up. But it gets better: Adding to complexities, my daughter is a Mate on a charter yacht and the vessel was out on a trip. Coordinating the delivery window of opportunity with staff at Cross was seamless however. Three people I had interacted with all had full knowledge of my situation and was in a position to be immediately helpful. On each of my many calls to them, I never had to re-explain in order to “get to the right person”. They all knew of the matter. I can only say that I am glad I chose such a reputable outfit. And, by the way, the bracelet was beautiful and my daughter was thrilled.”
“Wonderful, large bead store with lots of Miyuki beads, beach glass focals, Czech glass beads, kits, and so much more. Very friendly staff, components by local artists, classes offered, and an attached museum with some amazing works! Truly a must-see for anyone interested in beading. Lots of books, too!”

“Beautiful pottery for all your home needs! They sell full dinnerware sets, large statement vases, and lovely ceramic lamps. They also sell other gift items and home goods, like table placemats and linen napkins. When you purchase items here, make sure you love it and want to keep it because their return policy is terrible (why they aren't getting five stars). We purchased table mats in the fall but they size ended up not working out for our table so we tried to return them. Apparently I had missed a tiny, hand-written note that says returns are for store credit or exchange only. I elected to do the store credit, but the cashier was intent on me picking out an item that day in the store. It took several phone calls to the manager or owner for her to figure out how to issue store credit that could be used at a later date. What should have been a quick, 5-minute return took over 20 minutes. When we returned recently to use our store credit, we picked out some nice linen napkins and presented the receipt that said store credit, but the cashier (same woman) was incredibly confused and said the return was already complete and therefore we had no store credit. We explained the situation and she eventually figured it out, but again it took much longer than it should have.”
